Hello! I’m Sheree, the owner of Lawrence Pet Friends. I’ve lived in Lawrence since 2011, and I love this town and the people who reside there. I was hired by Denise (the original owner) to the Pet Friends team in November 2017. I went from pet sitter to training manager to office manager and then was lucky enough to purchase the company in October 2020. My main focus now is on continuing to give amazing services and care to the pets of Lawrence and giving back to the community through volunteering, donating, and sponsoring non-profits that are close to my heart.

I live with my husband Ben, who works alongside me full time at LPF and helps run our store LESS on New Hampshire St with our business partner Jasmine and child Cortland, who will be attending KU in the fall. We enjoy live music, traveling, hiking, cooking at home, and spending a lot of time together. We have three insane bulldogs named Nola, Ruby, and Shade. They are my adventure doggies who love hiking, off-leash parks, boating, jet skiing, and kayaking. They keep us busy and are the center of our world.
